Activities
A1. Project Management
The coordination and management activities of the project and the administrative-accounting aspects will be developed according to the timetable and the planned budget, and will be represented by:
- Definition and development of the Communication Plan: The objective will be to provide the information necessary for the implementation of the project: guidelines, financial planning, reporting models/procedures, responsibilities and tasks of each partner. A project committee consisting of one member per partner will be established and will meet every 2 months at the online meetings in order to ensure regular follow-up
- of the project implementation and to prevent unforeseen risks/challenges.
- Definition and development of Reporting Plan (Report to NA) and internal reporting systems
- Definition and development of Quality Plan and risk management
A2. Transnational Project Meetings
The project meetings are addressed first of all to the project team of the partner organisations with the aim of establishing meeting moments aimed at analysing project management, monitoring and evaluating the status of activities; for risk management and incident analysis. The in-person meetings will be attended by at least two members per partner, project manager and project team (staff involved). In this way, the project organisations will benefit from following a methodology that ensures a homogeneous environment and consistent levels of authority and responsibility and will be in tune with the methodology applied throughout the project lifecycle.
3 transnational project meetings are planned:
- M1 – Transnational Project Kick-off Meeting (Matera – Italy)
- M2 – Transnational Project Middle Meeting (Porto – Portugal)
- M3 – Transnational Project Final Meeting no. 3 (Barcelona – Spain)
On-line meetings, which will be held bi-monthly, will have the capacity to accommodate more participants from the three partner organisations. Therefore, in addition to the two representatives from each partner organisation (the project manager and a staff member from each partner), other staff from the partner institutions will be invited to these meetings.
A3. Project Promotion, Dissemination and Valorization
Throughout the life of the project, different dissemination activities will be planned, in relation to the specific strategies and objectives defined. For a general dissemination to all audiences in all countries, partners developed a dedicated website and a page on Facebook and LinkedIn. Partners will organize promotional campaigns to increase the number of ‘likes’ and ‘followers’.
Main foreseen Results are:
- 4 newsletters: each newsletter will be delivered to at least 20 local stakeholders of each project partner
- Project website: project results will be uploaded to the project website for widespread use and consultation – access via digital content to the different outputs produced (with at least 2000 visitors during the project life cycle)
- Digital promotional materials: project flyers/posters will be created and made available digitally in the different partners languages and in English
- Publications on project partners’ websites: All project news will also be published through the official websites of Project partners (at least between 20 and 50 posts during the project’s life cycle).
- Project social media pages – Facebook and LinkedIn. In order to increase the ‘Likes’ and/or the number of people reached, posts will be shared by each partner on their own channels (at least 500 likes/views/impressions on posts during the project lifecycle)
- Online dissemination workshops: Presentations of results in workshops that partners will attend online
- Informal meetings: Meetings held in an informal context with local stakeholders in each partner country
