Activities

A1. Project Management

The coordination and management activities of the project and the administrative-accounting aspects will be developed according to the timetable and the planned budget, and will be represented by:

  • Definition and development of the Communication Plan: The objective will be to provide the information necessary for the implementation of the project: guidelines, financial planning, reporting models/procedures, responsibilities and tasks of each partner. A project committee consisting of one member per partner will be established and will meet every 2 months at the online meetings in order to ensure regular follow-up
  • of the project implementation and to prevent unforeseen risks/challenges.
  • Definition and development of Reporting Plan (Report to NA) and internal reporting systems
  • Definition and development of Quality Plan and risk management

A2. Transnational Project Meetings

The project meetings are addressed first of all to the project team of the partner organisations with the aim of establishing meeting moments aimed at analysing project management, monitoring and evaluating the status of activities; for risk management and incident analysis. The in-person meetings will be attended by at least two members per partner, project manager and project team (staff involved). In this way, the project organisations will benefit from following a methodology that ensures a homogeneous environment and consistent levels of authority and responsibility and will be in tune with the methodology applied throughout the project lifecycle.

3 transnational project meetings are planned:

On-line meetings, which will be held bi-monthly, will have the capacity to accommodate more participants from the three partner organisations. Therefore, in addition to the two representatives from each partner organisation (the project manager and a staff member from each partner), other staff from the partner institutions will be invited to these meetings.

A3. Project Promotion, Dissemination and Valorization

Throughout the life of the project, different dissemination activities will be planned, in relation to the specific strategies and objectives defined. For a general dissemination to all audiences in all countries, partners developed a dedicated website and a page on Facebook and LinkedIn. Partners will organize promotional campaigns to increase the number of ‘likes’ and ‘followers’.

Main foreseen Results are:

  • 4 newsletters: each newsletter will be delivered to at least 20 local stakeholders of each project partner
  • Project website: project results will be uploaded to the project website for widespread use and consultation – access via digital content to the different outputs produced (with at least 2000 visitors during the project life cycle)
  • Digital promotional materials: project flyers/posters will be created and made available digitally in the different partners languages ​​and in English
  • Publications on project partners’ websites: All project news will also be published through the official websites of Project partners (at least between 20 and 50 posts during the project’s life cycle).
  • Project social media pages – Facebook and LinkedIn. In order to increase the ‘Likes’ and/or the number of people reached, posts will be shared by each partner on their own channels (at least 500 likes/views/impressions on posts during the project lifecycle)
  • Online dissemination workshops: Presentations of results in workshops that partners will attend online
  •  Informal meetings: Meetings held in an informal context with local stakeholders in each partner country

A4. Development of Strategic Digital Guide for Organizational Sustainability

The activity consists in the development and collection in a single document concise but relevant information on the concept of sustainability, starting from what the EU policies in this area provide, up to the description of the practices to be implemented within a local organization (micro-entity) to translate these theoretical concepts into operational procedures and strategically align with the community directives, exploiting the benefits and advantages deriving from being compliant with the sustainability directives implemented by the EU.

The expected outcome of this activity is the production of a Strategic Digital Guide for Organizational Sustainability, produced in English and translated into the partner languages. Each section of the guide will be enriched by QR Codes linked to the various subtopics, by connecting to which it will be possible to view other content relevant to each topic in question, such as audio, graphics, etc

A5. Development of Digital Operational Manual for Organizational Sustainability

The activity consists in the development of a “tool for action” capable of making operational the themes addressed in the Guide resulting from the previous activity, thus translating the concepts of sustainability into concrete actions/procedures to be implemented within the local micro-organizations and in particular within the partner organizations.

Main result of this activity will be the Digital Operational Manual for Organizational Sustainability for Organizational Sustainability which will be created taking into account two essential topics:

  • Annual Sustainability Plan
  • Non-financial Sustainability Report

Each section of the manual will be enriched by QR Codes linked to the various subtopics, by connecting to which it will be possible to view other content relevant to each topic in question, such as audio, graphics, etc

A6. Development of the Digital Organizational Sustainability Communication Manual

The activity consists in the development of a document that will reflect the knowledge of how to build a Plan, how to communicate the results of organizational sustainability, demonstrating the organizations’ commitment to social and environmental responsibility, as well as building and maintaining trust with their stakeholders and being aligned and in compliance with European Union policies.

Main result of this activity will be the Digital Organizational Sustainability Communication Manual, in English and translated into the partner languages. Each section of the manual will be enriched by QR Codes linked to the various subtopics, by connecting to which it will be possible to view other content relevant to each topic in question, such as audio, graphics, etc.

A7. Development of Open Digital Educational Resources and implementation of online training events

The activity consists in the development of training content related to the themes and final results of the 3 previous activities, to be transferred to the target groups in an online environment, through the development of specific Digital Open Educational Resources (DOER)

Digital Open Educational Resources (DOER), will be related to:

  1. Organizational Sustainability Strategy (related to the Strategic Electronic Guide for Organizational Sustainability – 1st specific objective);
  2. Operationality of Organizational Sustainability (related to the result E-Manual of Operationality for Organizational Sustainability – 2nd specific objective);
  3. Organizational Sustainability Communication (related to the result Organizational Sustainability Communication E-Manual – 3rd specific objective)

Main Results of this activity will be:

  1. Digital Open Educational Resources (DOER) whose training contents relate to the themes and final results of the three previous activities, to be transferred to learners in an online environment
  2. Online training events of the developed resources, through the realization by each partner of two training events: Pilot Online Training Event and Official Online Training Event.

Evaluation and monitoring questionnaires that will be administered to participants to detect learning outcomes and to collect satisfaction and quality assessments on the DOERs produced

A8. Realisation of the Project Final Conferences

A final local event will be organized in each partner country to disseminate project results inside and outside each partner organization
