On 12th and 13th December 2024 the Kick-Off Meeting of our new Erasmus+ Project SOI “Sostainable Organisational Investment” took place in Matera, Italy. The project aims at promoting the adoption of innovative organizational practices within small local organizations, and in particular those of partners, in a perspective of environmental sustainability.
The project’s objectives are the following:
Increase awareness in the organizations involved on the strategic knowledge of the environmental and sustainability policy of the European Union, offering a strategic vision that allows them to align with the EU directives on sustainability
Increase organizational capacity in sustainability operations, that is enable partner organizations to plan, execute and report specific procedures in this area
Know how to plan communication related to organizational sustainability, that is to have a communication plan that allows partner organizations to ensure that the effectiveness and impact of sustainability initiatives re communicated in a properly structured way
Create a set of practical Digital Open Educational Resources (DOER’s) that allow training staff and leaders of local Organizations involved on the Strategy, Operationality and Communication of Organizational Sustainability
The 1st Transnational Meeting was a remarkable gathering that set the stage for fruitiful collaboration and innovation within the SOI project. Partners were warmly welcomed at the Studio Risorse headquarters, where they had the opportunity to present their organisationsand contribute their unique expertise. The coordinator had the possibility to describe the project to the other partners and share with them the timeline, but also the steps to follow in order to implement all the project activities and the strategies to adopt within administrative and dissemination fields Our team is dedicated to making a difference in small organizations that want to strategically align with sustainable practices that meet the EU environmental and sustainability policy
